Turnaround Time

Usually you will get a complete written report in less than one week after receipt of samples. Typically, we e-mail the report in PDF format. Hard copy reports are sent overnight upon request. If your project demands quicker response, you may pay a scheduling interrupt fee in order to put your work at the head of the queue. We offer 24-hour turnaround time for a 100% fee surcharge and we offer 48-hour turnaround time for a 50% fee surcharge.
